Welcome to the Hotel California. This place is actually 2 completely separate houses connected by a breezeway. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and great room with a fireplace and a glassed/screened back porch overlooking a wooded area. The small side is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a full kitchen. Both sides have wireless internet service and satellite TV.

Rate for the big side of the house is $100/night with a maximum of 4 people. Rates for the Small side of the house is $75/night. Those wishing to rent both sides may do so for $150/night.

This listing is for the small side only at $75/night. There is no dishwasher or clothes washer/dryer. There is no tv on this side.

Anyone staying here gets $20 off per night for each day you get gas fills at Cave Country Dive Shop in High Springs.
